Children & Youth

Sunday School

Children join the congregation in the sanctuary for the first part of the worship service. We have a table with colouring sheets at the back that kids are welcome to use!

Part way through the service we have a Children’s Story where children are invited to the front to listen to a story. All children are welcome, but coming to the front is optional. Our services are livestreamed. 

After the story, children are dismissed to Sunday School downstairs. This is a time of singing, Bible learning, fun games and activities, and snacks! Sunday School lasts until the end of the service. 

Sunday School runs every Sunday except some holiday weekends. Feel free to check with us if you are unsure.

NLUMC Youth

Youth at NLUMC is a place for young people to have fun together and explore their faith. A typical youth night consists of high energy games and meaningful times of connection, worship, and Bible study. 

Senior Youth (grades 9-12) meets on Monday evenings 2-3 times a month

Junior Youth (grades 5-8) meets on Friday evenings 2-3 times a month

We also have special events throughout the year. Contact David for the schedule.
