If you hang around at church long enough, you’ll probably have a fight with someone. That’s not to say that we’re a contentious lot; but anytime people gather, there is always the potential for conflict. The problem is that conflict in the church can be heartbreaking. With that in mind, we’re beginning a new series starting June 14 we’re calling Unity in Conflict. Will we be a reflection of culture when it comes to conflict? Or does Jesus offer an alternative to conflict? What are the principles and practices we need to navigate conflict well, and ensure that we’re imitating the spirit of Christ in all things?
